I am needing a new computer that will be able to do CAD/CAM work. So basically I am looking for either a quad core 2.66 or i5 cpu with a good capable motherboard. Either Intel or Asus. 4GB Ram, 500gb HD, 10/100/1000 Lan on motherboard is fine, 500watt PS, DL DVD Burner, Internal Card reader, Fairly good graphics card with a min of 512mb - 1gb preferred.

I am basically looking for the bare bones system. My Monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, are just fine.

I am using a SCSI PIII, 1ghz system right now with 2gb of ram. It is the 320 Adaptec setup with is actually pretty quick but I am limited on the HD space on the sytem right now. Instead of trying to upgrade the HD, Motherboard, CPU, Ram on this system I have I might as well just buy another system that is more up to date. :)

If you could get back to me that would be great.
